For the first 20 years of his life, Greg Weiting was in debilitating and insufferable chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. He decided that a life of pain was unacceptable and that he had to do whatever it took to heal.
After traveling across the United States in search of a cure, his travels took him to India and Asia, and eventually down to South America to study with the some of world’s greatest teachers and healers.
Today he is pain-free and helps others to heal the anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and trauma they can't think or talk their way out of.
In this episode, Greg and I talk about how healing happens after intergenerational trauma, and how we can better understand our innate healing capacities.
